The pan heats evenly and the nonstick is better than my old Teflon. However, I noticed the surface can scratch if you use metal utensils; I've only used wood and silicone. The handle gets warm on the stove, so use a mitt. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. I wish it came with a lid, but that's not a dealbreaker. All in all, a good eco-friendly pan.

I have arthritis and this pan is easy to lift. The handle is comfortable. It heats evenly and cleans with a sponge. I'm very satisfied.
The pan is great for eggs and pancakes. The only downside is the metal handle gets very hot, so you need a towel. Otherwise, it works as expected.
