The storefront is operated by Mill & Main Operations LLC, a specialized cookware retail operations company, which acts as the operating partner and merchant of record for Perfect Pan Shop. Mill & Main Operations LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storefront, including inventory sourcing, order processing and fulfillment, customer support, quality assurance and authenticity verification, payment and refund processing, and privacy and compliance management. While Mill & Main Operations LLC handles these operational functions, Perfect Pan Shop remains the customer-facing brand, and references to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms of Service refer to the Perfect Pan Shop storefront and its operating partner.

Nothing on this website should be construed as an affiliation with, or endorsement by, any brand owner, and this storefront is not the official domain of any of these brands.

7. Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices on Perfect Pan Shop are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an item is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete your order, and all applicable charges, including shipping, taxes, and any discount or coupon, are clearly shown before you pay.

We are an independent, online-only multi-brand retailer that purchases from authorized wholesale distributors and brand-approved suppliers. Our pricing reflects a simple commercial model: volume purchasing across multiple brands gives us competitive wholesale rates, and our lean warehousing, streamlined order processing, and efficient packaging reduce operating costs. We also fund promotions through a combination of our own margin and periodic supplier co-op programs. These savings are passed on to customers through everyday pricing and targeted offers, and none of these practices ever reduce the quality of the product shipped to you.

Discounts and promotions vary by brand, season, and inventory. For example, a new collection launch might have limited-time pricing, while established product lines may see longer-term offers. The exact price for an item is always calculated at checkout, so you see the best available price before you complete your order. Our pricing strategy is completely separate from product quality, and we never substitute lower-cost or refurbished units to support a discount.

From time to time, we may offer coupon codes such as PANSAVE15, which provides 15% off eligible items at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows the rules shown at checkout, and only eligible items will receive the discount. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless required by law, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

8. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on Perfect Pan Shop, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns about fraud or authorization.

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provide. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item(s) and send a shipping confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we may partially ship the available items and notify you of the cancellation or backorder status of the remainder. We may also cancel orders, at our discretion, and issue a full refund for any unshipped items.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply. • Free standard shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $45.00 or more.

Estimated delivery for standard shipping is 3–5 business days after order confirmation, including processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For urgent shipping issues, you can email our shipping department and the automated confirmation will let you know we received your message; a specialist will respond within one business day.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Returns are handled through support, and our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for the return.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we issue it. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover approved return shipping and refund the original shipping charge. If the return is for other reasons, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund or charged to you, as communicated at the time of the return request.

Warranty coverage for products sold on Perfect Pan Shop varies by brand and by product. Each item we sell is new and factory-sealed. Perfect Pan Shop does not add a separate store warranty; manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and product. If you experience a defect or issue covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you in understanding the warranty terms and connecting with the appropriate brand warranty process. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective brand and are subject to the terms and conditions set by that brand. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that every item sold on Perfect Pan Shop is genuine and sourced from authorized channels. We purchase all products from authorized distributors or directly from brand-approved channels, and every item is new, factory-sealed, and covered by the applicable product warranty.

Our quality controls include inspecting incoming shipments for damage, tampering, and correct model numbers, as well as rotating spot-checks of our inventory to confirm that items match their listings and remain in pristine condition. When your order arrives, we recommend that you inspect the packaging and product right away. If anything looks off, please take clear photos and contact us immediately. The 30-day return window set out in Section 11 applies, and we encourage you to get in touch within that period so we can resolve your concern quickly.

If you have a concern about the authenticity or quality of an item, please submit a claim with the following information:

If a product is confirmed to be counterfeit or non-genuine, we will provide a full refund, including original shipping charges, and cover the cost of return shipping. We also take immediate corrective action with the responsible supplier and remove the item from our catalog. If we make a mistake, we will correct it promptly and fairly, and we will take steps to prevent it from happening again. If you ever doubt an item's authenticity, we will investigate thoroughly and make it right; you can also verify the product's authenticity through the brand's official warranty registration program, when available.
