These Terms of Service govern use of perfectpanshop.us and purchases from Perfect Pan Shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store and Eligibility

Perfect Pan Shop is an independent multi-brand cookware retailer and is not the official store of any featured manufacturer. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to place an order.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, availability, and prices. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order before shipment if information is materially incorrect or an item is unavailable. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment and order information before fulfillment.

4. Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility, product, timing, minimum-purchase, and combination restrictions stated with the offer. Discounts have no cash value and may be changed or ended as permitted by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is $8.00, and orders of $45.00 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after order confirmation, including processing time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. General returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories. Customers pay return shipping for general returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged or defective items or an incorrect shipment, we cover approved return shipping and refund the original shipping charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

7. Manufacturer Warranties

Perfect Pan Shop provides no additional store warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand, and our support team can assist with available manufacturer warranty information.

8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, commit fraud, or use site content in violation of applicable law. Site content is owned by or licensed to Perfect Pan Shop. Manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Perfect Pan Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The site may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in San Francisco County, California will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
