This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Perfect Pan Shop at perfectpanshop.us.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $8.00 per order.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $45.00 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared after payment and order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after order confirmation, including processing time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes

Review the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

Risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide photos when relevant so we can investigate. When the issue is our error or the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover approved return shipping and refund the original shipping charge.
