Perfect Pan Shop accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

For a general return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components. Contact us before sending an item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email support@perfectpanshop.us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We normally respond within 1–2 business days and will provide return instructions for approved requests.

Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges

For general returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, Perfect Pan Shop covers approved return shipping and refunds the original shipping charge.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Warranty

Perfect Pan Shop does not provide an additional store warranty. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and brand. Our support team can help identify available manufacturer warranty information.
