At Perfect Pan Shop (perfectpanshop.us), we want you to feel confident when you shop for cookware from Cuisinart, Le Creuset, T-fal, Circulon, and GreenLife. If an item isn’t right, our friendly support team is here to help from order to delivery and beyond.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are handled through our support team, so please contact us before the 30-day period ends to begin the process.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@perfectpanshop.us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Briefly tell us the reason for the return so we can assist you quickly.
• Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the next steps.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items should be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included. Because we are an independent multi-brand store, some brands or products may have specific return rules. If you’re unsure about a particular item, check the product page or ask our support team before sending it back.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method — credit card or PayPal. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you used coupon code PANSAVE15 at checkout, your refund will reflect the discounted amount you actually paid, not the full list price.

Shipping and Return Costs

Standard shipping is $8.00, and shipping is free on orders over $45.00. Any shipping costs or return-related fees will be explained by our support team when you contact us, so there are no surprises.
