I'm 68 and I've used this for cookies and roasting vegetables. The nonstick works perfectly. The rack allows for fast cooling. The sheet doesn't warp. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the rack is a bit hard to store, but it's a good value.
The sheet is solid, but the rack is a little flimsy.
