I love that this doesn't take up much counter space. It fries a pound of fries easily. The temperature dial is accurate.
It's a good little fryer for one or two people. If you're cooking for a family, it's too small. The basket is well made and the lid helps with splatter. Cleanup takes a bit of work because oil splashes around, but that's normal. I use it for chicken wings and they come out great.
