I use this for olive oil every day now that I'm retired. The ceramic keeps the oil from getting light damaged, and the spout controls the flow nicely. Cleaning is easy; I just rinse it out. It sits nicely on the counter. The lid is snug but not too hard to remove. My only tiny gripe is the capacity is less than it looks, but 20 oz is plenty for us.
