Le Creuset Stoneware Stackable Ramekin, 7 oz, Artichaut

I use these for prep and serving. They stack neatly and the green color is lovely. The size is perfect for a side dish or a small snack. They clean up easily.

The quality is excellent, but 7 oz is smaller than I expected. I use them for single serving dips and they work well.

These ramekins are so well made. The ceramic is smooth and thick, and the glaze is gorgeous. I've made crème brûlée, mini soufflés, and even individual baked eggs. They stack nicely to save space. The Artichaut color is even more striking in person. I'm planning to buy another set.

They don't slide when whisking. Nice and heavy.
