Ceramic Grinding Mechanism and Adjustable Settings

Turn the white oak adjusting wheel clockwise for a fine grind and counterclockwise for a coarse grind. The ceramic burr is tough enough to handle all types of peppercorns and salt, and it won't corrode or dull like steel burrs. To refill, simply remove the wheel and rim, unscrew the mechanism, and pour peppercorns into the top.

Replacement Parts and Maintenance
