I've been searching for a nonstick Dutch oven without PFAS and this one fits the bill. The ceramic coating is truly nonstick - I made a tomato sauce and nothing stuck. The 5-quart size is perfect for family meals. The heat distribution is even, and the lid fits tightly. It's also quite lightweight for an anodized pot. The only issue is that it's not oven safe above 350°F, but that's okay for most recipes. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I make chili and soup in this at least once a week. It's the perfect size and the nonstick surface is impressive. Even burnt-on bits come off with a soak. The cover has small handles that are easy to grip. The pot itself is not too heavy. I've also used it in the oven up to 350 and it works fine. My only complaint is that the cream color is hard to keep clean, but it's not a big deal.
