This set is oven safe up to 400°F, and the glass lids can handle 350°F. That’s enough for finishing a Dutch oven pot roast or warming pans in the oven. However, it is not induction compatible—hard anodized aluminum works on gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops, but not on magnetic induction burners.
