I bought this for my office at work. It's compact and doesn't take much space. The coffee tastes good and stays hot enough. My only issue is that the water tank is a little awkward to refill.

I use the over-ice setting almost every day during summer. The coffee is strong enough that it doesn't get watery as the ice melts. It brews directly into the cup, which is convenient. Cleanup is easy. This is my favorite appliance in my kitchen.

I love the way it looks, and it makes a good cup of coffee quickly. Actually, I'd say it's perfect for a dorm or small apartment. The brew pause is handy when I want to grab a cup before it finishes. I wish the cord was longer, but no big deal.
